This is the place where we will post exciting opportunities for you to participate in free coaching venues, and to learn about new and innovative coaching services offered by Dr. Tim Cline and his associates.

Below is a brief description of some of the projects and formats that will be offered in the upcoming months. Stay tuned for details and enrollment information on various offerings as we launch them!

Introducing the SuccessSmartz™
series

The SuccessSmartz™ Series will offer a number of coaching programs of specified length, each directed to developing the skills necessary to master a specific challenge or competency. The first SuccessSmartz program to be launched will be QuitSmartz™, a six-session smoking cessation program. A workbook will be provided, and participants can opt to take the program in group or individual TeleTraining™ format (see below). QuitSmartz programs will be facilitated by an internationally known expert in the field of smoking cessation.

Other SuccessSmartz™ programs will focus on such topics as developing healthy eating and activity patterns, enhancing the quality of sleep, time management, stress management, adult learning skills, safer-sex skills, success strategies for the new millennium, and experiencing the spirituality of everyday life.

TeleTanks™

TeleTanks™ are free think-tanks that are conducted over the phone and open to the public. These question-and-answer group discussions will be moderated by Coach Tim Cline and often feature a known expert on the topic being explored. TeleTanks are designed to educate, support, challenge, and expand the visions of all participants, including the moderators. They tend to be spirited, stimulating, and rewarding sessions that prompt action. We look forward to meeting many who visit this website in our TeleTanks™.

TeleTrainings™

TeleTrainings are more directed, educational, strategies and skills acquisition oriented offerings on specific topics (e.g. see SuccessSmartz™ Series above. They vary from single to multi-session programs and may be offered in individual or group learning formats. TeleTraining™ benefits include quality, economy, convenience, and effectiveness. You get to learn from a coach with established expertise in the given topic at a reasonable cost, the individual attention associated with more intensive face-to-face interventions, and the privacy and convenience afforded by learning over the phone.
