About Salubrations

Salubrations: Celebrating Salubrious Living is a newsletter dedicated to promoting healthy, happy living and successful, fulfilling lives. It is founded on the belief that health is much more than the absence of disease; it is a progressive state of joy and well-being that is experienced as individuals seek to optimize their functioning, develop their gifts, and express their true selves.

Starting with featured topics on self-care practices and healthy lifestyle behaviors as the foundation, advanced topics address a variety of issues including education, career development, social and leisure pursuits, relationships, sexuality, and spirituality. Finally, strategies for creating and living an extraordinary life are presented. While always thought provoking, the emphasis is on taking actions that make a difference.
